Go to Account & Lists > Prime (big huge box, upper RH corner) > Manage Membership (big huge link, upper RH corner) > End Membership (bottom link) > Continue to Cancel (bottom right link, yellow button).

Open the Amazon App & log in to your account.

Click the Menu Button (3 lines at bottom of screen to right of shopping cart icon) > Prime > tap drop down arrow at top right of screen > Manage My Membership > drop down for Manage membership, cancel and more > Manage Membership.
